Job description

The applicant will work on a SNF-funded project which aims to investigate the role played by the kidney in the metabolism of vitamin D and its influence on the development of atherosclerosis in different atherosclerotic mouse models.

Requirements

  • European academic degree in natural sciences (Master in science or biomedical science or equivalent). The student will be part of the Graduate School for Cellular and Biomedical Sciences, University of Bern. http://www.gcb.unibe.ch/content/index_eng.html.
  • Interest in animal experimentation
  • The position is available immediately for a period of 3-4 years (until completion of the PhD degree)
