MSc Program in MOLECULAR BIOMEDICINE

The program provides training in biomedical research and innovation in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary and international environment. It aims to bring students to the forefront of modern biomedical advances and to lay the foundation for innovation and entrepreneurship in the field of biomedicine and biotechnology.

The program consists of three training modules, which will be attended in parallel: 1. Disease Mechanisms, 2. Molecular and Cellular therapies 3. Bioinnovation. Students will attend lecture series in all aforementioned training modules and will have the opportunity to perform their thesis research in leading laboratories in Greece and Europe. The program offers innovative, interdisciplinary training on disease mechanisms, leading-edge technologies, animal models of disease, large-scale data analysis (omics), advanced imaging platforms, as well as transferable skills in innovation, entrepreneurship and technology transfer.

The program duration is four (4) semesters and the language of instruction is English.

The MSc in Molecular Biomedicine invites interested graduates to apply for the academic year 2016-2017, by September 4th, 2016.
